Parent, Teacher and Friends Association (PTFA)

We are privileged to have a very active Parent Teacher and Friends Association (PTFA) — this is an organisation made up of parents and staff who work hard to support the school in a number of ways.

Each year the Association is active in raising funds to enhance the education of pupils, for example by paying for theatre groups to visit the school, subsidising the cost of school trips and paying for classroom equipment. Funds are raised through events such as the Rainbow & Christmas Fayres, quiz nights and other events.

The Association also has a social function, allowing parents and staff to work closely together and promoting good home-school relationships.

We are always happy to have new faces on the PTFA Committee who can provide practical help and good ideas, if you would like to join please ask the school office to pass your details to a member of the PTFA.
